Watson Property Sales is a specialist independent residential, commercial and overseas estate agency in the heart of one of Belfast's busiest shopping districts. The Watson family have been involved in estate agency continuously since first established in 1889 in premises close to the River Lagan on east Belfast’s Woodstock Road. Our current and very prominent office at 22 Cregagh Road, Belfast BT6 9EQ (corner of Loopland Park) has been our estate agency office since the early 1980's; people know where to look when they want to buy, sell or rent!

Our Principal, Norman Watson is a fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, the UK's leading professional body for estate agency, has had over 38 years experience in selling properties in east Belfast and beyond. Norman Watson is assisted by his wife Audrey and son, Ian, who represents the fifth generation of the Watson family to serve the population of east Belfast, since 1889.
